Xiaomi has announced the global launch of its portable photo printer, known as the "Portable Photo Printer Pro." Despite its compact size, this new device delivers high-quality dye-sublimation printing and can be used without a power source.
The printer supports a print resolution of up to 313 dpi and a wide color gamut (16.7 million colors). According to the manufacturer, this ensures smooth color transitions, rich detail, and accurate color reproduction. Specifications indicate that printing a photo takes approximately one minute.
Each 50x76 mm photo is automatically laminated to prevent moisture, fading, and fingerprints. Photos can be decorated with frames, dates, watermarks, stickers, and collage templates.
The printer connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth (up to three devices can be connected simultaneously) and requires the Xiaomi Home app to operate. It is powered by a built-in 880 mAh battery (battery life not announced).
This Portable Photo Printer Pro measures only 86.8 x 142.5 x 26.8 mm and is priced at €129 in Europe.
