
Honor is about to release the new member of the Magic 8 series, the Magic 8 Ultra. Well-known Weibo leaker "Digital Chat Station" has revealed the specifications of the new phone.
According to sources, the Honor Magic 8 Ultra will feature a 6.7-inch 1.5K resolution OLED screen, a built-in ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, 3D facial recognition, and a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.
According to sources, the rear camera will use a 50-megapixel OmniVision OV50R main sensor with ultra-high dynamic range. Early leaks indicate that this sensor will not enter mass production until the first quarter of 2026. It will also be equipped with a 200-megapixel periscope lens supporting 4.3x-7x optical zoom.
Battery life will be provided by a 7,000 mAh battery, and the operating system will be Android 16 with a proprietary MagicOS 10 interface.
The Honor Magic 8 Ultra is expected to be released in the first half of 2026.
