Samsung's first "tripod" phone is expected to launch next week. Ahead of the event, the company finally showed journalists the upcoming device—albeit only from a distance.
The device was unveiled at the K-Tech Showcase event in Seoul. Press coverage remained low-quality, as it was housed behind glass, preventing close-up access. However, the device's shape was confirmed, along with a notch in the right third of the display for the front-facing camera.
The flip phone is rumored to have a 6.5-inch external screen and a 10-inch internal screen. It's expected to go on sale in November 2025, though pricing is still unknown.
The smartphone is expected to initially be available only in China and South Korea, with additional countries to follow.
