4) Posting information indicating the existence of the copyright owner's rights regarding copyright and/or related rights on an Internet website without the permission of the copyright owner or other legal basis.
5) Posting information on an Internet website that contains copyright and/or related rights, or information necessary for accessing such information through an information and communications network, including the Internet, without the permission of the copyright owner.
6) Applicant's consent to the processing of personal data (for individual applicants)
3. If the application is submitted by an authorized person, a copy of the document (in paper or electronic form) evidencing the authorization must be attached to the application.
4. If the application is found to be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect, the Website Operator reserves the right to notify the applicant within 24 hours of receiving the application and request an explanation for the information provided. This notice will be sent only once to the applicant.
5. The applicant must take steps to complete any missing information, correct any inaccuracies or errors, and send the updated information to the Website Operator within 24 hours of receiving the notice specified in Paragraph 4 of this Article.
6. After receiving the application or explanation from the applicant (if the notice specified in Paragraph 4 of this Article is sent to the applicant), the Website Operator must delete the information specified in Paragraph 1 of this Article.
