OPPO has unveiled the X9 and X9 Pro smartphones—two flagship models equipped with the latest MediaTek hardware, a periscope camera, and a large battery. Both devices also offer robust dust and water resistance.

The OPPO Find X9 Pro features a 6.78-inch Tianma OLED flat panel display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate (LTPO). The display boasts a peak backlight brightness of 3600 cd/m² and a pulse-width modulation (PWM) frequency of 3840Hz. The display is covered in durable OPPO Crystal Shield glass and features slim bezels (1.15mm).

The new devices are powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor paired with 12GB/16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. UFS 4.1 storage is available in 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB capacities, depending on the configuration.

The flagship smartphone's trump card is its camera unit, which includes the following modules:

Main camera: 50 MP (Sony LYT828, OIS).
Ultra-wide-angle: 50 MP (Samsung ISOCELL JN5).
Telephoto: 200 MP (Samsung ISOCELL HP5, 3x optical zoom).
Multispectral sensor: 2 MP
The 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL JN5 front-facing camera is useful for selfies and video calls. The 7,500 mAh battery provides ample battery life for the OPPO Find X9 Pro. It supports an 80-watt power adapter and wireless accessories up to 50 watts. The smartphone is IP69 rated, measures 8.24 mm thick, and weighs 224 grams.

The features include a dedicated button for quickly launching essential apps and functions, an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and an infrared port.

The OPPO Find X9 Pro and the basic version differ in screen size (6.59 inches) and battery capacity (7025 mAh). All rear cameras are 50 megapixels: the main camera uses a Sony LYT-808 sensor with optical image stabilization; the telephoto camera uses a Sony LYT-600 sensor with 3x optical zoom; and the ultra-wide-angle camera uses a Samsung JN5 sensor. The front camera has a resolution of 32 megapixels (Sony IMX615).

The smartphone is 7.99 mm thick and weighs 203 grams. Both models run Android 16 (based on ColorOS 16) and are equipped with a dedicated P3 chip for improved color reproduction and display efficiency. Prices in China are as follows:
