Samsung has announced the redesigned T7 portable SSD. Its lightweight chassis is crafted from TÜV Rheinland certified recycled aluminum, achieving a sustainable balance between practicality and aesthetics. The packaging is also made from recyclable materials, demonstrating the brand's responsible commitment to environmental protection. The new product is now available for pre-order on e-commerce platforms and comes with a three-year warranty.

The T7 portable SSD measures 85mm x 57mm x 8mm and weighs approximately 72g. Made from aluminum scraped from Galaxy mobile device manufacturing, its credit card-sized design makes it easy to carry. It features a USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C interface with sequential read and write speeds of 1050MB/s and 1000MB/s respectively. It is available in 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB capacities and is compatible with Windows and Mac platforms, as well as Android devices, iPhones, tablets, and game consoles (UASP mode required).

In addition, users can use Samsung Magician software to fully explore device performance, perform maintenance and monitoring, protect important data, and keep firmware updated.
