*Useless Man: Ascend to Godhood* is a dark fantasy 1v1 electronic auto-battler game inspired by *Backpack Battle*, developed using the Unreal Engine. It will be released on PC on November 20th. Players must pre-battle customize their characters' combat moves, purchase equipment and items, and develop battle strategies to ultimately defeat opponents, achieving ten victories and completing five advanced challenges to win the game.
The game is currently available on Steam and can be added to wishlists. The official price is 43 RMB, with a 10% discount for the first two weeks, bringing the price down to 38.7 RMB. New Chinese-style characters will be available, and a Challenger's Edition will be released simultaneously, including an art book and a first-release weapon skin pack.
In the game, players will have a complete inventory and can purchase various items (equipment, accessories, moves, etc.) from the shop to create their own powerful playstyle. Certain items can be combined to create unique items that cannot be purchased from shops. There are also counter-relationships between moves, making combo setups and item combinations crucial for victory.
The game features multiple playable characters: "Knight," "Plague Doctor," "Ronin," and the officially released Chinese-style "Warrior." Each character is not only visually distinctive but also displays different styles and strategies in combat.
In each game, players aim to defeat opponents and achieve 10 victories in duels against real players, delivering a thrilling 1v1 combat experience reminiscent of fighting games. The game uses asynchronous online multiplayer; after achieving 10 wins, players can choose to challenge stronger opponents or save their 10-win build to compete against players from around the world in the Arena.
