The blogger claimed that the phone is positioned as a mid-range performance device, with an AnTuTu benchmark score of around 3.3 million. It will feature a 6.78-inch 1.5-inch LTPS flat screen, a 50MP main camera, an 8000mAh battery, and support for 3D ultrasonic fingerprint recognition. Based on comments, the new phone is likely the Realme Neo 8.
The previous generation Realme Neo 7 was released on December 11th, 2024, 11 months ago. Using the Realme Neo 7's specifications as a reference, it was equipped with a Dimensity 9300+ processor, a 7000mAh battery, and supported 80W wired fast charging. The front features a 6.78-inch BOE-customized S2 flexible screen with a resolution of 2780×1264, a peak brightness of 6000 nits, and supports 1.07 billion colors, 8T LTPO technology, game HDR display, and a 2600Hz touch engine. Based on leaks, the Realme Neo 8 will see significant improvements in performance and battery life.
Regarding imaging, the Realme Neo 7 features a 50MP main rear camera and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, while the front camera is a 16MP ultra-clear selfie camera, supporting OIS stabilization, 4K resolution 60FPS video recording, and a movie mode.
Pricing starts at 2199 yuan for the Realme Neo 7. The 12GB+256GB version is priced at 2199 yuan, and the 16GB+1TB version is priced at 3299 yuan. CNMO predicts that the price of the new Realme Neo 8 will not change significantly.
