AOC has announced a new series of entry-level OLED gaming monitors. The key features of the Q27G4ZDR and Q27G4SDR models include relatively affordable pricing, top-tier gaming specifications, and a three-year warranty, including screen burn-in protection.
Both monitors feature a 26.5-inch QD-OLED panel with a resolution of 2560x1440, high color accuracy (147.6% sRGB, 91% P3) and HDR support. The main differences are refresh rate and peak brightness: the Q27G4ZDR is 240 Hz/400 cd/m², and the Q27G4SDR is 360 Hz/1000 cd/m².
The new monitors support Adaptive-Sync technology to prevent screen tearing and are compatible with NVIDIA G-SYNC technology. Connectivity options include two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 port, and a USB hub for connecting peripherals. The brand highlighted its monitors' support for shadow control (enhancing visibility in dark gaming scenes) and gaming color (optimizing color reproduction), as well as a low input lag mode to reduce response time. The AOC Q27G4ZDR and Q27G4SDR monitors will be available in the UK in mid-November, priced at £399 and £469 respectively.
