
Arm reportedly released its second-quarter results for fiscal year 2026, ending September 30, 2025, on September 5th. During the period, Arm achieved $1.14 billion in revenue, a 34% year-over-year increase, marking the third consecutive quarter above the $1 billion mark.
Arm's Q2 FYE26 revenue and non-GAAP EPS both exceeded the upper limit of its previous guidance. Of its total quarterly revenue, $620 million came from royalties, a 21% year-over-year increase; licensing and other income surged 56% year-over-year to $515 million.
In his letter to shareholders, Arm CEO Rene Haas stated: "Arm's revenue in the second quarter of fiscal year 2026 exceeded $1 billion for the third consecutive quarter, with record royalties highlighting a new peak in demand for the Arm computing platform." As each new model and agent continuously increases workload complexity, Arm is becoming the computing platform for the AI era—providing high-performance AI solutions.
Arm announced three new CSS licensing agreements this quarter, covering smartphones, tablets, and data centers. Samsung will also incorporate CSS into its Exynos chipsets, meaning that the top four Android phone manufacturers are now shipping devices equipped with CSS technology.
