The Prolo Ring project raised its entire funding on Kickstarter in just nine minutes. This tiny ring lets you control your computer screen cursor without a traditional controller.
Unlike bulky ring mice, the Prolo Ring looks like a stylish accessory. It weighs only 5 grams, comes in three colors, and has no physical buttons. Instead, it features a touchpad, a motion sensor, and an auxiliary touchpad that can be controlled with the fingers of your other hand.
Users can use their thumb to move the cursor, scroll, zoom, or click. The ring recognizes over 40 air gestures, each customizable to your liking.
The Prolo Ring connects via Bluetooth, requires no additional software, and boasts a battery life of up to 30 days. It comes with a charging case, similar to a ring gift box, that fully charges the battery in one hour.
The basic version is priced at $99 on Kickstarter, with an expected retail price of $199.
