Ubisoft's latest strategy game in the Anno series, Anno 117: Pax Romana, will officially launch on November 13, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Ubisoft Store, Epic Games Store, and Steam), and will feature Chinese voice acting.
According to Wccftech, based on SteamDB data, Anno 117: Pax Romana ranked second on Steam's weekly sales chart last week, second only to the recent hit ARC Raiders, setting a new launch sales record for the series (out of seven installments). Anno 117: Pax Romana also surpassed Activision Blizzard's highly anticipated Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, and also outperformed Battlefield 6.
Currently on Steam, the standard edition of *Anno 117: Peace of Rome* is priced at 198 RMB in China, while the Gold Edition is priced at 298 RMB. The Gold Edition, in addition to the base game, includes the Year 1 Pass (containing 3 DLCs) and 5 extra cosmetic items (3 player marks, 1 ship skin, and 1 decoration). Players not only experience the main storyline of *Anno 117: Peace of Rome* but also expand their territory to new provinces through the Year 1 Pass.
In *Anno 117: Peace of Rome*, players will manage the provinces of Latim and Albion as governors. They will need to utilize the new layout system to carefully lay roads, rationally plan cities, and facilitate the movement of citizens. New game features allow players to better utilize their governance skills, control exports and trade, efficiently develop the economy, and stockpile resources for future needs. Furthermore, players will need to construct Roman-style buildings to improve people's happiness and satisfaction; magnificent ancient ruins will bring unexpected benefits.
