Realme launches AI Edit Genie, a voice-activated photo editor

Realme has unveiled the industry's first voice-powered AI photo editor, AI Edit Genie, which will debut alongside the Realme 15 Pro, 15 5G, and 15T smartphones.

AI Edit Genie allows you to edit photos without touching the screen or navigating toolbars. For example, you can type "smooth my skin" or "remove people in the background" to achieve the desired effect. The company calls this editor "the perfect complement to the Realme 15 series' triple-camera system."

The new smartphones will feature a 50-megapixel camera and AI algorithms that analyze the footage and automatically adjust shooting parameters, and AI Edit Genie will help expand these capabilities by providing the ability to easily edit the resulting photos.

The tool is fast and intuitive, requiring no extra steps. Realme claims that with AI Edit Genie, the company is changing the traditional way of editing mobile photography. Thanks to the processors on these devices, the feature runs smoothly and quickly on all Realme 15 series models.

The smartphones will go on sale on October 21st.
