
HP and Riot Games have partnered to make the Omen 25 the official monitor for the League of Legends Esports League and Valorant Champions Tour. The new monitor features a 360Hz refresh rate, wide color gamut, and a 1ms response time.
The HP Omen 25 features a 24.5-inch IPS display with a Full HD resolution and a 360Hz refresh rate. It offers a 1ms response time, 93% DCI-P3 color gamut, and 99.5% sRGB color gamut. It also supports VESA DisplayHDR 400, VESA ClearMR 6000, Adaptive-Sync, and NVIDIA G-SYNC. The monitor will be used in all League of Legends Esports and Valorant Champions Tour esports competitions.
The monitor features a stand with adjustable height, tilt, and orientation. The rear panel features customizable ARGB LED lighting compatible with the Omen Gaming Hub and Windows Dynamic Lighting.
According to the company, the new monitor has passed over 140 gaming console compatibility tests. Connectivity includes two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 port, a USB Type-B upstream port, two USB Type-A ports, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Another key feature is the use of recycled materials: the plastic case is 80% post-consumer recycled, the metal 10%, and the glass 20%. The packaging is also 100% recyclable.
The monitor retails for $419.
