
HBO has released the first trailer for its latest "Game of Thrones" spinoff, "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms." The six-episode first season will premiere on January 18, 2026.
The series, based on George R.R. Martin's novella series "Tales of Dunk and Egg," is set decades before the events of the main "Game of Thrones" storyline.
The six-episode first season will revolve around the adventures of two central characters: Ser Duncan the Tall, a lowly hedge knight eager to prove his worth, played by Peter Claffey; and his squire, the mysterious Targaryen Prince Aegon, played by Dexter Saul Ansel.
