Red Magic is preparing to launch its flagship gaming smartphone, the Red Magic 11 Pro. Rumors suggest the device will feature the most advanced cooling system on the market, combining air and liquid cooling. If confirmed, this would be the world's first mobile device to adopt such a design.
Industry insiders reveal that the smartphone will be powered by the new flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. Like previous Red Magic models, the Red Magic will utilize an active cooling system with a mini fan. However, this time, engineers will incorporate a liquid cooling element, which is more effective than air cooling alone.
It's unclear how these two systems will be combined. The liquid could potentially transfer heat generated by the processor to a heat sink, while the fan would dissipate it externally. This approach would not only reduce temperatures but also improve device stability under prolonged load.
The Red Magic 11 Pro is expected to launch in China on October 17, 2025. Other features include an under-display front-facing camera, an ultrasonic 3D fingerprint scanner, and IP68 protection.
