Nacon has expanded its RIG gaming headset line with the release of the R5 SPEAR PRO HS. Licensed by Sony Interactive Entertainment for use on PS4 and PS5 consoles, this new headset is designed for first-person shooter games.

The R5 SPEAR PRO HS features 40mm graphene-coated drivers, delivering detailed, clear sound with minimal distortion, crucial for professional gamers. The proprietary SNAP+LOCK system offers extensive customization options.

The headset features interchangeable Mod-Plates and earpads. Its flexible boom microphone has a 6mm diameter, covers a frequency range of 50 Hz to 15 kHz, and incorporates noise reduction technology for clearer voice transmission.

The manufacturer also includes a volume slider with a maximum lock function. This locks the volume at the maximum level for use with controllers with independent volume controls.

The Nacon R5 SPEAR PRO HS will be available in Europe on October 10th for €80.
