iPad only: Coolshow introduces magnetic charging via Smart Connector

Some iPads feature a Smart Connector, designed to connect the tablet to peripherals. Manufacturer Coolshow decided to use it for charging, leaving the Type-C port free.

The Coolshow M30 connects magnetically to the Smart Connector and then to any power source via a non-detachable two-meter braided cable. This allows the iPad to be charged while leaving the Type-C port free for connecting an SSD, camera, or other accessories. According to the manufacturer, the body of the gadget is made of aluminum alloy.

The device is compatible with all iPads equipped with the appropriate connector:

iPad Pro 11-inch, 13-inch (M4, 2024)
iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd-6th generation)
iPad Pro 11-inch (1st-4th generation)
iPad Air 11-inch, 13-inch (M3/M2)
iPad Air 10.9-inch (4th-5th generation)
Charging power may vary depending on the iPad version. If we are talking about a model based on the M4 chip, then it reaches 35 W, in other cases - up to 18 W. The price of the novelty is $ 40.
