On October 9th, iQOO officially announced that the iQOO 15 will be released at 7:00 PM on October 20th, with sales starting the same day.
The iQOO 15 boasts luxurious hardware. It will be equipped with the fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition mobile platform and its in-house developed Q3 gaming chip. The Q3 chip allows mobile gamers to experience the same vibrant lighting and smooth visuals as PC ray tracing. Officials emphasized that the iQOO 15's in-house developed Q3 gaming chip is a true dedicated graphics chip, fundamentally different from the commonly used SoC solutions in the industry that rely on the phone's GPU for performance optimization. It will provide users with a purer and more powerful gaming experience.
The iQOO 15 also boasts impressive screen performance. It will be equipped with a 6.85-inch 2K Samsung Everest display, which not only supports ultra-dark soft light display down to 1 nit, but also implements hardware eye protection for "unpolarized natural light" display, effectively protecting the user's eyesight.
In terms of battery life, the iQOO 15 is equipped with a large 7000mAh blue ocean battery and supports "Global Direct Drive Power Supply 2.0" technology. This means that even when users are charging while playing games, watching videos, or navigating for long periods of time, they can better protect the battery and extend its lifespan.
The iQOO 15 also demonstrates strong imaging capabilities. Its rear 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens supports up to 100x zoom. In addition, the new phone will feature the same portrait algorithm as vivo's flagship series.
