nubia is about to launch its flagship smartphone, the "z80 ultra". ahead of the launch, the company's manager revealed some of the specifications of the new smartphone on weibo.

according to manager zhang lei, the smartphone will feature a bezel-less display with a refresh rate of 144hz and a touch sampling rate of 360hz. it will also include a triple camera setup with an ultra-wide-angle lens featuring a 7mp lens that minimizes distortion, and a 1/1.55-inch sensor with an aperture of f/1.8 and pixel size of 1μm.

industry insiders say that the new smartphone will be powered by the qualcomm snapdragon 8 elite gen 5 processor and will come with a 7,100mah battery.

the smartphone is expected to be released in november, but official details have not been announced yet. other specifications have already been revealed online.
