Xiaomi Focus Stylus Pro officially announced: buttonless design with 1ms latency


The Xiaomi 17 series launch event will be held at 7 PM on September 25th. The event will feature the Xiaomi 17 series, the Xiaomi Tablet 8 series, and the accompanying Xiaomi Focus Stylus Pro. On September 24th, Xiaomi officially teased the Xiaomi Focus Stylus Pro.

According to official information, the Xiaomi Focus Stylus Pro features an integrated, buttonless design, weighs 17.5g, and has a latency as low as 1ms. It supports features such as hover preview, side-spinning, and an air laser pointer.

Combining official and leaked information, the Xiaomi Tablet 8 series, announced alongside the series, all feature an 11.2-inch 3.2K resolution LCD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, full DC dimming, and a peak brightness of 800 nits. It houses a large 9200mAh battery, is 5.75mm thick, and weighs 485g. The standard version of the tablet comes with 45W fast charging, while the Pro version features 67W fast charging.

The Xiaomi Tablet 8 series will be powered by Surge OS 3, supporting 1:9 split-screen quick switching (horizontal) and top-to-bottom split-screen (portrait) for improved multitasking efficiency. It also includes a built-in desktop-class browser (full web page layout/shortcut operation), PC-grade WPS, CAJ Reader, ZWCAD, and other professional software. It also supports wireless secondary display for Macs and file transfer between iPhones and iPads.

The Xiaomi Tablet 8 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition mobile platform, achieving an AnTuTu score exceeding 3 million. The tablet's built-in Xiaomi WinPlay engine allows you to play PC games like "It Takes Two" and "Hollow Knight" directly on the tablet. For audio and video, the tablet features quad speakers, Dolby Atmos support, and adaptive audio (adjusting the sound field based on user distance). The front-facing 32-megapixel camera supports portrait centering.
