Pre-orders open for the XGIMI Z9X 4K projector! Featuring 4K zoom, it goes on sale October 13th.

XGIMI Projector has officially announced the official opening of pre-orders for the XGIMI Z9X 4K projector. According to the official description, this new product features a new, slim design and 4K zoom capabilities, and is being described as the "real bargain of the year," implying a high cost-performance balance, making it suitable for home users seeking high-quality image quality and portability. It's worth noting that the XGIMI Z9X 4K projector will officially go on sale at 8:00 PM on October 13th.

For reference, the newer Z6X (fifth generation) projector in the XGIMI Z series uses DLP projection technology, with a standard native resolution of 1920×1080 (1080P), supports 4K signal input, and features a 0.23-inch DMD display chip with MEMC motion compensation and low blue light technology. The projector is powered by a MediaTek MT9270 processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and runs XGIMI's proprietary GMUI 6.0 operating system.

According to IDC data, XGIMI first ranked first in shipments in the Chinese projection equipment market in 2018, maintaining this position for seven consecutive years through 2024. In 2020, the company topped the Chinese projection equipment market in terms of sales for the first time, maintaining the top spot in both shipments and sales for five consecutive years through 2024. Furthermore, in the domestic mid-to-high-end projector market (excluding single-chip LCD projectors), XGIMI maintained its top shipment position in 2024, holding a 35% market share.

Notably, XGIMI had four and six products listed in IDC's 2024 list of the top 10 projector sales and top 10 projector revenue in China.
