The vivo X300 series is officially announced to be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 9500 and self-developed chips!

On September 22nd, vivo officially announced that its new-generation flagship phone series, the vivo X300, will be powered by MediaTek's newly released Dimensity 9500 flagship chip.

CNMO has learned that vivo and MediaTek have collaborated on chipsets for three years, from joint tuning of the X80 series and joint R&D of the X90 series to the joint definition of the all-big-core architecture for the X100 series and the hardened imaging chip V2 for the X200 series. This collaboration has gradually established an innovative model of "joint definition and in-depth co-research." vivo emphasized that the X300 series is the result of three years of dedicated effort by both parties, aiming to achieve comprehensive optimization of performance, energy efficiency, and user experience through underlying technology collaboration.

In terms of product configurations, according to leaks, the vivo X300 series will be available in three models: Standard, Pro, and Ultra. The standard version features a 6.31-inch 1.5K flat screen and a 6500mAh battery, supporting 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. The Pro version upgrades to a 6.78-inch 2K flat screen, a 7000mAh silicon-carbon anode battery, and 120W wired fast charging. The entire series uses BOE's custom Q10 Plus luminescent material, supporting LTPO adaptive refresh rate and high-frequency PWM dimming technology.

The imaging system is a key upgrade for this series. The standard version features a 200MP Samsung HPB main camera and a 50MP IMX882 periscope telephoto lens, supporting 3x optical zoom and telephoto macro. The Pro version uses a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens. All models feature Zeiss T* coating and a blue glass filter to further enhance image quality.
