Lenovo releases new Tab tablet for under 1,000 yuan, featuring MediaTek Helio G85


According to foreign media reports, Lenovo has officially launched two new Android tablets in the Indian market: the Lenovo Idea Tab 5G and the Lenovo Tab. The Lenovo Tab is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor and is priced at 10,999 rupees (approximately RMB 900).

Targeting budget-conscious users, the Lenovo Tab offers a balanced configuration at an affordable price. It features a 10.1-inch Full HD display with a 60Hz refresh rate and 400 nits of brightness. It's powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor, 4GB of RAM, and up to 128GB of storage (with microSD expansion). It supports Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.3, with a 5G option available. Despite its entry-level design, the tablet boasts dual Dolby Atmos speakers, an 8-megapixel rear camera, and a 5100mAh battery with 15W charging, making it suitable for daily learning, work, and streaming.

The Lenovo Idea Tab 5G has been released globally. It features an 11-inch 2.5K resolution display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 500 nits of brightness. An optional paper-like matte screen provides a more comfortable reading and writing experience. It's powered by the Dimensity 6300 processor, with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card. For battery life, the Idea Tab 5G boasts a 7,040mAh battery with 20W fast charging. It also supports 5G, WiFi 5, and Bluetooth 5.2, and features a Dolby Quad Speaker system for an exceptional audio and video experience.

Both tablets are available in Lunar Gray and Polar Blue. The Lenovo Idea Tab 5G is priced at 17,999 rupees (approximately RMB 1,470), while the Lenovo Tab starts at 10,999 rupees (approximately RMB 900).
