Recently, a digital blogger leaked renderings of the Huawei Mate 80 Pro. The images show a quad-lens rear camera module with dual flashes. Combined with previous leaks, the device boasts significant upgrades in performance, imaging, and battery life.
According to CNMO, a leak suggests the Huawei Mate 80 Pro's rear camera setup may include a 52-megapixel main camera with super-focused illumination, a 42-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, a 50-megapixel macro telephoto camera with super-focused illumination, and a 2-megapixel multi-spectral red maple color camera. This closely matches the leaked images.
Previously, a digital blogger also released a spec sheet comparing the Huawei Mate 80 Pro to its predecessor. The device is expected to feature a 6.9-inch OLED flat screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2920×1342 resolution. Compared to the previous generation, the resolution has slightly increased, while the screen size remains unchanged. Furthermore, the phone's chipset will be upgraded from the Kirin 9020 to the Kirin 9030.
In terms of battery life, the Huawei Mate 80 Pro's battery capacity is expected to exceed 6000mAh, reaching 6200mAh, while charging power will maintain the same 100W wired + 80W wireless specifications. Reports indicate the phone will be officially released in mid-to-late November, with first sales starting in early December. The Huawei Mate 80, Mate 80 Pro Premium Edition, Mate 80 Pro+, and Mate 80 RS will also be released.
